Purpose:

Learn what to do if livSYT is not opening or is showing errors.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. On Laptop

Press CTRL + SHIFT + R to do a hard refresh (reloads the page fully).

2. On Mobile

- Close the app completely (remove it from recent apps).

- Open the app again.

3. If Problem Still Continues

- Go to Help and Support.

- Raise a ticket (send a request for help)
