How to change value of quantity updated for an activity for a day in the past?

Learn how to update the quantity for an activity in livSYT to keep your progress records correct.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open Activities

- From the Home page, click Activities.

- Or go to To-Do → Activities.

2. Find the Activity

- Use the search bar to find the activity you want to update.

3. Open Update Option

- Click Update next to that activity.

4. Open BOQ Log

- Under the BOQ Log section, select the BOQ Item you want to edit.

- You will now see the complete BOQ log for that activity.

5. Edit Past Quantity

- Find the Date for which you want to change the quantity.

- Click the Pencil (Edit) icon.

- Under Quantity, type the new value.

- Click the Tick icon to save.

- Confirm your changes.

Tips and Practices:

- The Log Date cannot be changed. The system automatically records the date and time of every update you make.
