What to do if I have finished an activity but there is work to be updated?

Purpose:

Learn what to do if you need to update work for an activity that has already been marked as finished.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Check Activity Status

- If you have clicked the Finish button for an activity, you cannot update it anymore.

2. Contact Support

- Go to the Help and Support section.

- Raise a ticket (send a request) asking the team to unfinish the activity.

3. Wait for Confirmation

- The support team will unfinish the activity.

- Once done, you can update the work again.
